How does it all work?

As soon as you signup you get access to the program straight away. We recommend you focus on the Preseason before jumping into the first module! You don’t need to be anywhere at any specific time – you complete the program at a time that suits you from the comfort of your own home. You can also revisit the lessons whenever you want. You choose to have access to Mindset for Transformation for a 7 week period (completing 1 module per week), or a lifetime access option where you get to keep the material (including improvements we regularly make to it) forever.

How will you support me?

Heaps of ways! Access a closed Facebook group that nurtures you without judging. Share support with fellow members and interact personally with Glenn during supported program periods. Get motivational emails with transformational tips to keep you on track.

If you forget your login or need a hand with anything technical we’re just an email away and always here to help!

Why don’t you do meal plans or exercise programs?

While you are going to make massive improvements to your eating and physical activity habits, we don’t give specific nutrition or exercise advice for three very important reasons:

1.  Your mind can turn prescriptions into rules you rebel against – we want the transformations to come from YOU (no self-sabotage!)

2.  Everybody is different – rather than give you a general plan we want you to explore and discover what works best for you as a unique individual.  Understanding what helps YOU feel great creates a powerful internal motivation that lasts for life!

3.  You probably already know enough about nutrition and physical activity to know how to reach your goals – too many recommendations can become confusing and, again, we want the changes to come from WITHIN.
