- Walking Session 2 - Occasional foods
This session provides a healthier way to view "less healthy" foods, helps you want to eat these foods less, and gives you practical ideas for being able to eat occasional foods in small portions occasionally.
- Walking Session 3 - Portion sizes
This session provides education on the importance of smaller portion sizes, helps you want to eat smaller portions, and gives practical ideas for being able to eat smaller portions of all foods.
- Walking Session 4 - Physical activity
This session provides a healthier way to view physical activity, reveals the most effective physical activity for fat burning, helps you enjoy physical activity more, and gives practical ideas on being regularly physically active.
- Walking Session 5 - Alcohol
This session provides a healthier way to view alcohol, helps you want to drink alcohol less, and provides practical ideas on minimising alcoholic drinks or completely abstaining from them.

What if I'm not very good with technology?
It's easy. We've spent a lot of time making this program really user friendly for the every day person to use. We are also here for support to walk you through any areas you may need a hand with.
Can I play the sessions while in the car?
Please don't! As well as education and practical tips, the resource contains hypnotic suggestions that are not safe to listen to while driving or operating heavy machinery. For a resource we created specifically for driving in the car, see Weight Off Your Mind.
Can I play the sessions while relaxing?
Yes! Although they were designed for walking, plenty of people get great benefits from playing while they relax. For a resource specifically designed to play while you relax, see Relaxation and Affirmation.
What types of exercise can I do while listening to the sessions?
Sessions are best done while walking on a treadmill or riding on a stationary bike. Walking a continuous walking track is fine, but walking where there are cross roads, traffic or other hazards is not advised. Do not listen to sessions during stop-start exercise (e.g. weights, gym circuits or sports).
Can I have access to the program forever?
