Learning how to proactively resolve important problems, transform your mindset around recurring issues, and create a better life (whatever that means for you), is the cure for emotional eating cravings, and a foundation for true emotional eating freedom.

In this module we get to the fun part – More Marvellous Methods to Manage Your Moods! When you are having emotional eating cravings, you don’t actually want food – you want to change how you feel. So this module is packed with the simplest, most effective, user friendly non-food mood managers that psychology (and life) has to offer! This is a MASSIVE module so we recommend you work through it over two weeks. This will give you time to explore, play around with, and begin to develop some more marvellous methods that work for you! Then when you’re feeling out of sorts and food comes calling, you’ll always have a better offer!
