The Twelve Month Transformation is a series of five online programs that build sequentially throughout the year designed to help you completely transform your eating, exercise, weight and body image.
As soon as you signup you get access to all five programs straight away. You can start whenever you want and revisit any of the lessons at any time. Throughout the year we support you to focus on each of the individual programs in "program periods". Between program periods you take a break and consolidate your new habits and mindsets before starting the next program.
Taking a whole year means we don't have to rush. Free of the pressure of a 6-12 week program, we can slowly transform your mindset and embed new habits that will last you for life! It also makes room for the inevitable ebbs and flows life throws your way. Because no one does well when they feel overwhelmed, we break the program up into supported periods and "off-seasons" where you take a break and consolidate your new habits and mindsets before starting the next program. And most people end up looking forward to the support of the programs as we go!

2. Everybody is different – rather than give you a general plan we want you to explore and discover what works best for you as a unique individual. Understanding what helps YOU feel great creates a powerful internal motivation that lasts for life!
3. You probably already know enough about nutrition and physical activity to know how to reach your goals – too many recommendations can become confusing and, again, we want the changes to come from WITHIN.
