If you’re a member of my community, you’ve probably heard me talk a LOT about tapping …
I’ve shared my amazement reading the first ever research paper on tapping for food and weight concerns, to the research showing that tapping actually makes your brain forget food cravings in a way that promotes intuitive eating, through to my experience of creating an online program with the world’s leading tapping researcher and master trainer, Dr. Peta Stapleton, and then researching that program in a world-first trial showing that online tapping works, it works quickly, and it lasts for a long time!
But if you need to be convinced by the research that tapping really works for yourself (like I did), Peta has just created this wonderful little summary of 7 trials she has conducted over the past 13 years that I really wanted to share with you! It’s complete with simple research summaries, helpful infographics, and easy to understand graphs and charts, and you can find it here:
Even after reading the research, though, you’ll probably still want to see the ‘proof in the pudding’ before you fully believe that it can work for you, and that’s why I want you to experience the benefits of tapping for yourself. Last year, Peta and I created a special ‘Tapping Away A Food Craving’ resource, only for readers of my book. But after she shared the substantial (and growing!) body of evidence supporting tapping as a real game-changer when it comes to freeing yourself from food and weight struggles, we decided that we wanted to share it with you too – it’s just too good not to! So if you click the link below, you’ll find a page set up for you to learn everything you need to know about tapping away a food craving, including links to the research, videos, high-resolution images from the brain scan studies, FAQs and, most importantly, a free follow-along session you can do with Peta to tap away a food craving in real time!
Tap Away a Food Craving with World Leading Tapping Researcher and Master Trainer Dr. Peta Stapleton
The biggest challenges to embracing the benefits of tapping are (a) believing that it can work for you, and (b) actually giving it a go (so you know that it can work for you)! So why don’t you read some of the research, or tap away a desire for a food that’s been causing you problems? Who knows, you may end up as surprised as I was!
I’d love to hear about your experiences with tapping, and please hold tight, because Peta and I have something unbelievably special to share with you in my next email …
