Don’t worry about others’ opinions when you exercise!

By March 13, 2026Free Videos

Worrying about what other people think is a big barrier to getting out and moving.

You’ve probably heard to try not to worry about other people’s opinions, but how do you actually do that?

  1. Acknowledge people are more focused on themselves than you.
  2. Separate people’s opinions from facts or reality.

When this video was first published, people commented that not worrying so much about what other people think is useful in all areas of life, and I totally agree.
